WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
Your order will typically be delivered within 4-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or gazetted holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that orders may experience temporary delays during peak hours or due to delays in information verification. For orders paid through our online payment system, a fraud check is required, and processing will continue once the payment is cleared by our payment processor. For cash-on-delivery orders, payment will be collected at the shipping address. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Be sure to check your junk/spam folders if you don’t see the email in your inbox.

WHICH COURIER SERVICE DO YOU USE FOR DELIVERIES?
The courier service used depends on the delivery location and package type. Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with the courier details and tracking information.
WHAT IF I AM NOT AT HOME WHEN THE ORDER IS DELIVERED?
If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will send you an SMS with the total payment due. For self-collection, ensure you or a designated person/family member is present to receive the parcel. If no one is available, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave the package with a designated person.
ORDER CANCELLATION
For cash-on-delivery orders, we make up to two confirmation calls to verify the order. If the order remains unattended, it will be cancelled. Customers can request to cancel their order at any time before it is processed. Humasha reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons such as items being out of stock, incorrect mobile numbers, or technical issues.
